Team Leader Product Management AML (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of product managers who are responsible for our AFC Case Management, the penalty listing & PEP screening as well as our transaction monitoring incl. Indicate model responsible Together with your team, you develop the product strategy and roadmap for these systems, align priorities and ensure consistent development across all three themes You ensure that case processing, screening and monitoring function as a coherent detection and processing process, and promote integration and interfaces between systems You ensure that all systems meet regulatory requirements (including GwG, AuA, BaFin, EU sanction law) and represent your area against compliance, internal audit, external auditors and management You coach and develop your team professionally and personally, work closely with AFC operations, IT development, data science and external software and list providers, and report status, risks and progress towards product management Anti-Financial-Crime

You have a successfully completed study with economic or IT-technical orientation (e.g. business informatics, economic engineering, BWL) or a comparable qualification You bring several years of professional experience in the (technical) product management in the area of AML/AFC, of which ideally first experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of teams You have a well-founded knowledge of regulatory requirements in case processing, penalty compliance and transaction monitoring (GwG, AuA, BaFin, EU sanction law) You will be able to train teams across multiple thematic areas to achieve common goals through strong leadership and communication skills. You work structured and solution-oriented, have experience in working with IT development teams, compliance and internal audit and have very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing
