Sales Assistance for Fixing (m/w/d)

Your role as sales assistant:

• Cooperation and correspondence with internal departments
• Creating order confirmations and order processing
• General correspondence (written and telephone)
• Support of sales staff in organizational tasks
• Offer creation after submission
• Creation of order folders incl. Examination of the order documents for completeness
• Acquisition of general office activities such as post-processing and hosting

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed commercial training is a prerequisite
• First experience in the sales service
• Secure application of MS Office programs, ideally also with SAP R/3
• Embossed organizational design, accuracy, as well as a service-oriented and communicative appearance
