Trade fairs International participation in the planning of trade fair stands Efficient, accurate and creative processing of requests and orders Pick-up of costs for supply creation for the construction of VULKAN booths Prepare and set up the exhibits for and at fairs Coordination of the transports of the fair goods Facility management Disruptions in the buildings, on the grounds and around the outdoor facilities Planning and implementation of repair and beauty repairs Maintenance and repair of any kind Coordination and monitoring of reconstruction work, repairs and external service providers Takeover of courier services Car park Support for fleet management

Completed craft training (preferably carpenters) Multiannual professional experience in a trade fair construction company Handicraft skill Electrical power (VDE 0100-200 or VDE 0105-100) readiness for multi-working and weekends end-use during trade fair phases readiness to travel activities internationally Good knowledge of English Controlling MS Office applications High level of ownership and commitment Teamable, flexible and resilient (even in stressful times) Self-employed and careful working Driving license car/transporter (for truck or 7.49 t + trailer of advantage) Means of transport
