Medical Controller (m/f/d)

For selected clinics, You take over MD management, in particular the execution of MD exams, the evaluation of claims of the cost-beneficiaries up to cooperation in the preparation of social court proceedings. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data from the MD procedures, derivation and prioritization of action requirements as well as (generic) measures and communication of recommendations to the clinics. Analysis and transparent presentation of medical performance and reporting. Ad-hoc analyses with interpretation and presentation of results.

Complete studies in health economics, health management or a comparable qualification. You already have several years of professional experience in medical controlling and very good knowledge of the legal framework and the current health reform. Routinized handling of the hospital information system based on SAP and BI tools are desirable. Solution-oriented working methods and analytical skills help you to work everyday. You have a very good business sense. Communications and team skills as well as independent work will be yours. You have the ability to cooperate internally and externally with different professional groups.
