You serve around 150 patients in the substitution program every day. You take responsibility from the issue of the Substitute through the management of a contract to administrative activities and practical management. A long-term commitment in the team is planned with a gradual increase in the tasks. In the medical field: Patient care during the award periods Granting of substitutes (methadon, L-Polaflux, Buprenaddict) by PC dosing or by hand Drawing on syringes Monitoring of patients during heroin assignment Directing and awarding medicines Preparing blood withdrawal Monitoring of patients during substitution Patient monitoring and information transmission of physical and psychological vulnerabilities to doctors In administration and organization: Collection of data via EDV Exhibiting documents such as transfers, recipes, BTM recipes Administration, documentation and ordering of agents Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings and supervision
