Development and creation of new app content for the digital offers of MEDIAN before, during and after rehabilitation, e.g. Videos, texts, podcasts etc. on the topics psychic health, relaxation, nutrition, social medicine as well as medical knowledge with focus on lay people/patient communication Storytelling and Scripting for video content with focus on medical topics Content research on partially complex medical topics Active recovery of feedback on existing content and evaluation of user behavior in the digital applications Examination, adaptation and revision of existing content Development of content strategy and further development of formats Communication with external agency, e.g. format tuning, script dispatch and feedback loops Coordination with the various project participants such as product team, therapists, product design

3+ years of professional experience in editorial or Content environment Funded expertise in medical and psychological topics Creativity and a sense of visual preparation of topics (storytelling, scripting) Ability to deal with complex, medical issues and to reproduce them alive, universally and according to target groups Organisational strength Fun on strategic/conceptual and multimedia thinking Perfect knowledge of German spelling and grammar, formulation strength and a very good language feeling Good knowledge of English
