Product Manager (m/f/d)

Together with sales, management and our financing partners, you create innovative solutions and boost sustainable success. You develop our product cooperation strategically and operationally and work closely and trustfully with our sales team. You identify individual optimization potentials in our financing offerings and shape the associated processes together with our lenders. You analyze market, contract and product developments, competitor comparisons and guide concrete action recommendations as well as innovative concepts for the further development and optimal positioning of our product range. In cooperation with the management, you control cross-departmental projects, such as the development and optimization of products and processes or the further digitization of our business.

You have a successfully completed degree, for example in the field of business management or economics, or a completed commercial training in the financial services sector (e.g. bank businessman [m/w/d]) with corresponding professional experience. Ideally, you already have know-how in the building finance sector and the associated products and processes. You have a high sales, customer and service orientation that helps you build sustainable business relationships and their successful design. You have the pleasure of using your strength in the field of qualitative and quantitative analyses. In addition, your conscientious, structured and self-responsible way of working. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
