We are looking for you: a dedicated/n Notarfachanarbeiter/n (w/m/d), who takes responsibility, thinks and advances METIS together with us. METIS is an economically oriented firm in Frankfurt am Main, with specialized teams focusing on corporate/M&A, conflict resolution, labour law and notariat. With long-term and international expertise, we advise and support our clients from Germany and abroad in achieving their goals – consistent and comprehensible, persistent and diplomatic.

Preparation and completion of documents on corporate law processes Organisation and management of complex complaints, including in the international environment Individual communication with clients, authorities, courts and banks – from initial contact to completion Structured organisation and settlement in the background (peace management, appointment monitoring, electronic file management and administration with the notariat software CVC Notre) Preparation of notary cost calculations Dunning and enforcement as well as the booking of payment entries

You have successfully completed your training as a specialist Ideally, you have already been able to gain relevant professional experiences and additional qualifications such as e.g. B. Notarfachwirt/in or comparative – or the motivation to obtain appropriate qualifications Self-contained, structured and precise work, characterised by a high sense of responsibility Good knowledge of English as well as pleasure in careful work and a routined mastery of popular MS Office applications and XNP are essential An additional bonus would be a special hand for the training and further training of future professionals
