Large-scale project management in educational buildings

In this responsible function, you are particularly responsible for implementing the large-volume construction projects of the Hamburg-Süd region. In the team with three other colleagues, you mainly perform contractor tasks as well as project management and individual project management tasks according to AHO. : You are responsible for the project-related building budget for your major projects. You control external service providers and are responsible for handling the construction projects from phase 0 to handover. You initiate the procurement procedures for the necessary planning and construction services. You define the respective quality, cost and time requirements and monitor their compliance. You work closely with the school, family and vocational training authority, school management, special assets, the responsible object managers and the central facility management. You represent your projects in committee meetings and at similar events in the public. You advise, coach and support the construction manager team (6 employees:inside) in the region in close cooperation with the regional management. You control the achievement of the construction projects in the region and report to the regional management.

completed studies with construction or real estate (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, building technology, industrial engineering) many years of professional experience in the planning, execution and/or overarching control of construction projects Experience with major projects from 10 million EUR Construction volume Experience in the development of construction projects for contracting authorities, preferably in education Experience in the comprehensive management of construction projects, e.g. as a contractor or external project taxer good knowledge of AHO, HOAI, procurement and construction law and relevant project management methods pronounced communication strength and customer orientation Result orientation, decision strength and willingness to take over responsibility
