For the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site we are looking for you as Mfg.Eng. Tool Development Engineer (m/w/d) in full time.

THERE HAVES:

• Development of innovative and economical production equipment concepts for structural and equipment assembly
• Construction of custom-made products according to production, engineering, quality and safety requirements
• Integration of modern manufacturing technologies, automation and measurement technology
• Subproject management incl. time and cost responsibility
• Creation of CapEx/OpEx dossiers for investment planning
• Support for purchase: tender documents, tender evaluation
• acceptance of production equipment at the supplier and transfer to production
• Creation of technical documentation and support in error analysis
• Control of external construction offices
• Development of device technologies for efficiency and cost optimization

THE BRINGS WITH:

• Complete technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, aircraft construction, vehicle construction or similar
• At least 3 years of professional experience in design, jigs & tools and project management
• Experience in manufacturing concepts
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Very good knowledge of Catia V5
• Ideally knowledge of device design, component construction, device construction or manufacturing processes
• German and good English skills
