As Senior Legal Operations & Technology Consultant (m/w/d) you support our clients in introducing Clair, analyse existing processes and develop digital workflows that create efficiency and transparency. In doing so, you act at the interface of law, process consulting and product development and help successfully put innovative legal technology solutions into practice. Implementation & configuration You accompany the introduction of Clair over the entire project cycle – from request intake to configuration to productive go-live. You configure the platform to fit the requirements and processes of our clients. You develop and implement digital workflows, in particular in the areas of contract management, data protection, compliance and litigation. You analyse existing legal processes and identify potentials for standardization, automation and efficiency enhancement. Consulting & Process Optimization You analyze and evaluate the legal processes of our clients and develop future-oriented solutions together with them. You advise legal departments to optimize their working methods and accompany change processes pragmatically and solution-oriented. You translate technical requirements into scalable and sustainable digital processes. Interface to product development You collect requirements and feedback from customer projects and introduce them into the further development of Clair. You work closely with our development team and represent the perspective of our clients in the product development process. You make an active contribution to the continuous development of our legal technology solutions. Customer Success & Stakeholder Management You build long-term and trusting relationships with our clients. You accompany users (m/w/d) in the introduction of new processes and ensure a sustainable use of the platform. You carry out training and are also available as a competent respondent after the go-live.

Successfully completed legal studies, ideally focusing on economic law, data protection, compliance or legal operations. Professional experience in a legal department, law firm, consultancy or legal technology environment. Extensive interest in digital business processes and technological solutions. Analytical and structured working methods as well as high consulting competence. Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders. Ready to travel regularly within the framework of customer projects.
