Projektmanager (m/w/d) We are looking for you for the building law office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The body shall be occupied in part-time (50 %) and indefinitely. The Building Law Office, with its approximately 190 employees, performs the tasks of the lower Building Law Authority. Your main tasks include the process representation of our office in the main matters as well as the preliminary legal protection procedures of all instances, in particular in civil law disputes, including the preparation of the documents and the accompanying management of the administrative procedures concerned. In addition, you are mainly entrusted with the comprehensive legal advice and legal support of all departments of the Office, including the administration. This includes, in particular, all legal matters, clarification of difficult legal issues, the production of notifications and participation in appeal proceedings You will also conduct meetings/negotiations with lawyers in the case of legally difficult situations and/or those with high liability risks and also take over the coordination of legal coordination with other offices in the case of linked legal procedures or intervening legal areas Its tasks include the design and implementation of internal training and further training of employees, the development of internal work instructions, for example in the case of legislative changes and the training of legal experts.
