We are looking for an experienced CNC milling cutter (m/w/d) / machining mechanic (m/w/d) on behalf of our customer in order to strengthen the production area.

Your tasks: Milling and processing of aluminium assemblies and large components for rail vehicles on various 5-axis CNC machines Self-mounting of workpieces by means of hoists and suitable aids Preparing the working environment as well as ruts, upgrading and upgrading of CNC systems Creating and preparing the tools and equipment required selection and construction of suitable devices and clamping systems according to the workpieces and geometries adjusting the CNC machines according to design and material requirements as well as selection of milling programs and installation or Setting of tools Visual inspection and quality testing of the processed components according to drawings and specifications Detection and elimination of plant disruptions and introduction of appropriate measures Required maintenance and repair work, as well as major repairs Creation of the necessary production and quality documentation

Your profile: (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification More than three years of professional experience in the field of CNC milling Found experience in the processing of complex workpieces and large-format components Good knowledge in handling CNC controls, ideally SINUMERIK 840D Safe handling of technical drawings and production documents Good knowledge of German in word and writing Existing occupational health screenings G17, G20 and G25 Crane and forklift licences are desirable Ready to wear the required personal protective equipment (S2 safety shoes and workwear) Self-employed, careful and quality-conscious work Technical understanding, reliability and sense of responsibility
