Export Control Officer (m/f/d)

Control and approval of export operations and assessment of goods, software and technologies in respect of their collection in the legal goods lists according to the Foreign Economic Act, War Weapons Control Act and, where appropriate, foreign export laws Applications for approvals under AWG and KWKG or Submission of preliminary inquiries to the competent authorities (e.g. BAFA, BMWE) as well as the management of the electronic War Weapons Book Administration of export and KWKG approvals (production, transport, acquisition, transfer) incl. timely request for extensions and monitoring of the use of granted authorisations Development and documentation of processes for particularly regulatory export procedures, in particular in the transfer of technology, and documentation of decisions taken in audit and administration processes Contact person:in the company’s export and war control topics, in subsidiaries and authorities, as well as execution of sanctions list checks and training measures on “export control” and “war control”

Complete technical studies or comparable training/continuation in the field of export and military control Multiannual experience in export and warfare control as well as points of contact with shipping and customs operations Safe handling of MS Office, SAP as well as professional skills in Internet research Identified sense of law, interest in the implementation of legal requirements and willingness to incorporate and further develop in the field of foreign and military law; good knowledge of English in word and writing Representative communicative and team-oriented skills, ability to enforce, technical understanding, organizational skills, high sense of responsibility and structured working
