Responsibility for the construction and continuous optimization of a defined product group Bundling of suppliers as well as developing and implementing sustainable purchasing strategies Contact person (m/w/d) and interface for the purchasing team of the individual branches Continuous improvement and documentation of processes and systems in the entire area of commercial goods purchase (both operational and strategic) Active participation in strategic projects as well as care and regular review of relevant purchasing master files

Completed commercial training with further training on the subject. Insufficient professional experience in a comparable position in purchasing, ideally in the field of food Motivation to actively shape and develop processes English knowledge in word and writing Nice-to-have: SAP knowledge, especially with SAP S/4 HANA
