Our department “purchasing and material management” acquires the necessary goods and services for the VGF and the associated Group companies. All tenders are carried out and framework contracts are negotiated. The commercial evaluation of the incoming offers, including the price level and the management of the negotiations, are also part of the tasks of the department. Within the department we are looking for a new team management for our field of “Operative Purchasing.” They lead the team of around 10 employees both professionally and disciplinaryly and ensure efficient and targeted cooperation The creation and analysis of reports on markets, suppliers and needs in order to derive strategic orientations for the sector and to support business development is one of your regular tasks They continuously optimize procurement processes with focus on efficiency and holisticness, including the further development of the electronic webshop for standardization and process slimming Purchasing is periodically planned by you and you control the requirement management in order to meet demand-oriented and economical You will ensure a professional supplier management, including evaluation, offer testing, contract processing and negotiation compliance with the award guidelines and internal specifications In addition, you are actively working on audits, budget planning and financial statements

You have successfully completed your economic or technical studies or can alternatively prove a commercial training with long-term professional practice in purchasing In the past, you could already gain basic shopping experience and also first leadership experience Your profile is rounded off by knowledge of procurement law and contract management and SAP As an empathic leadership, you motivate your team sustainably, develop it continuously and thus advance your team and the VGF together You already had points of contact with the topic eProcurement They are called communication-strong and reliable and have a structured way of working
