This makes this job interesting to me: 50Hertz plans and implements a number of management projects to strengthen the transmission network. The SuedOstLink, as our first high voltage DC transmission connection (HGÜ), is already under construction. After a long planning and approval phase, the construction of the NordOstLink large-scale construction project is now also coming closer. The line extends over about 190 kilometers. As a subproject manager*in construction management, I am in the role of the superstructure management on the building site and take over the realization of a section on the route independently. My tasks: development of the design and construction of the construction office for the section of the Trassen, the establishment and management of a project-related organisation with professional management of internal and external project members and service providers; management of the building office and operational management of the construction activities, quality monitoring and the implementation and safeguarding of checks and controls; development and optimization of the planning of the construction process, ensuring the HSE and quality requirements as well as mission-side representation to internal and external stakeholders; preparation of procurement plans, participation in the development of procurement strategies and control of tender procedures; Continuous monitoring of the budget for early detection of deviations, support in the audit and release of incoming invoices by service providers and suppliers, release of payments of closed contracts, Detailed documentation of all work carried out in the subproject and ensuring efficient interface management.

completed studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction or professional training with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the relevant topics or comparable; experience in planning and operating construction site control of large infrastructure projects with high investment volumes, knowledge in the fields of HSE and quality management, IT skills (Office package) and project management tools, driving permit and the willingness to work in the construction site office in Lübeck or Raum Schwerin and on the construction sites (on average on 4 days per week), German language skills (C1) and English skills (B1).
