As Consultant Credit & Securitisation Advisory (m/w/d), you accompany large-volume international transactions, which are not only used for innovative financing and refinancing, but also as a central component of transition to a digital and climate-neutral economy. Hands-on-Initial: It starts immediately with Training on the Job. After a short introduction, we already use you in direct communication with clients and investment banks as well as in project management. Range of tasks: You are particularly engaged in securitisation transactions, both in the context of corporate financing (Corporate Transactions) and in the context of banking refinancing and equity relief (Bank Transactions). You will also gain insights into other types of structured finance, credit and debt portfolio transactions as well as into the credit business. Analysis: You take over the analysis of credit and debt portfolios (Due Diligence). Among other things, issues of the credit area/business are important for banks and financial service providers as well as for securitisation and structured finance transactions (credit risk management). Project management: With agile methods and state-of-the-art technology (also KI) you will ensure a smooth running of the projects in the international context. Collaboration: Teamplay is essential and condition for our success. In addition to your own team, you work with other Deloitte departments such as FSI Audit, Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory. Externally, you're looking for an interaction with clients and arrangers (investment banks, especially from London and Paris). Clients: The big commercial banks are your clients, as well as special financers and leasing companies. In addition, you enter transactions of corporate customers.
