Project/Construction Manager Interior Design – Hospitality/Hotel Construction (m/f/d)

You set up your projects from the start; accompany the planning, first schedules, select the contractors and accompany the construction site until the successful acceptance You take over the independent building management and coordination of demanding hotel and gastronomy areas, for example during operation You are the first contact person at the construction site and communicate with builders, partners, service providers and all other project participants Ensuring dates, budget and quality All threads will be gathered at you on site – you will ensure successful implementation and completion of the projects

Experience in the construction management of the structures of interior construction, construction or in comparable construction projects Complete studies in the field of architecture, interior architecture, civil engineering or technical training with corresponding further training Embossed communication skills with different project participants, understanding of costing and costs, and joy in successfully implementing projects together with various stakeholders Readiness for the construction of exciting projects within Germany
