You take over the technical, commercial and infrastructure facility management at the Wages and Melle sites You guide new building, rebuilding and refurbishment projects with budgetary responsibility and pay attention to compliance with structural regulations You coordinate and monitor external providers You analyze and deal with insurance and service contracts You continuously develop and digitize the facility management processes

You have a degree in facility management, building engineering, civil engineering or as a technician with a focus on building technology or a similar field of multi-year professional experience with You have a well-founded knowledge of electrical or supply engineering, civil engineering or facility management Ideally, you have leadership experience and convince with social competence as well as a targeted way of working You show a clear affinity for digitalization
