The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. A courtyard with many seating options and a barefoot trail invite you to stay outdoors. It is also within a five-minute walk of the city centre, bus and train connections.

So your weekend looks like us • Together with your experienced colleagues, you support people with impairments in everyday life and leisure, e.g. when they clean up and walk and ensure a reliable daily routine • Participation in basic care (withdrawing, showering, oral care and dental care) is also part of your tasks • You can adjust to individual requirements and have fun with change

You can look forward to • Mini-job-based permanent place (12.5%, about 5 hours/week or 3 services per month) • Custom tools to support your work • Working with an experienced team and a varied work area • Remuneration according to AVR.HN E4 (390€ - 475€ per month - depending on the experience-incl. fixed supplements) plus Annual special payment, weekend supplements and occupational pension schemes (ECVK) and family budget • Extras such as health services, employee discounts and grants Germany ticket • Internal training, pastoral care, advice and first aid in crises, coaching and supervision
