Your responsibility: This position is a work with community needs that have one or more children and should be integrated in the labour market in the medium term. Your task: You work in a multi-professional team that takes into account the individual obstacles of your clients and develops tailor-made management strategies. They create a trusted basis to understand the family circumstances and to be able to pick up the participants well in the current situation. They accompany the participants in the management of inhibitions and develop common solutions. You recognize the skills and potentials of your clients and the support on the way to work. You create communicative interfaces between your clients and network partners. In addition, you create the best possible conditions for your educational work and convince with personal and regular contacts with clients and close networking in the region. Administrative activities complete your area of responsibility. They bring with them: they bring a recognised professional or academic degree. For the educational aptitude, proof of a master's examination, the training examination (AdA) or comparable additional qualifications is indispensable. Ideally, you already have experience with the target group. They are creative and bring a high degree of communication and team skills, self-initiative and joy in working with people.
