KG takes over numerous and important tasks for the Group companies of the GÖDE Group.

Teamleiter Software-Entwickler (m/w/d) on full-time basis (40 hours/week)

Professional and organizational leadership of our software development team as well as active cooperation in implementation Further development and modernization of our applications based on .NET Core / .NET and Angular as well as the underlying data models Conception, development and maintenance of complex application landscapes, in particular in the context of ERP and business systems Developing development standards, architectures and processes, as well as evaluating new technologies and tools, in particular in the field of AI-based development and automation solutions Control and coordination of software projects in close coordination with internal departments, adjacent IT teams and external service providers Analysis, modelling and optimization of company-wide business processes and their technical mapping in existing or new applications Development and operation of interfaces, ETL processes and integrations between different systems (e.g. ERP, e-commerce, third-party systems)

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable training (e.g. specialist:in application development) Multiannual experience in software development with .NET Core / .NET and modern web technologies Found experience in dealing with complex application landscapes and business processes, ideally in the ERP environment Embossed understanding of system architectures, data flows and integrations as well as the ability to translate them into Azure or comparable cloud environments Analytical thinking, structured working and high quality standards Communication strength, sense of responsibility and joy in developing a team professionally Motivation to continuously deal with new technologies and make use of AI-based approaches
