DEIN IMPACT:As Brand Success Manager, you are responsible for several of our brand partnerships and develop them strategically. You analyze where potential lies, take measures and implement them together with your partners.

You keep an overview of current topics, clearly prioritize and actively promote things.You build partnerships that grow in the long term and work for both sides.

We work closely in the team on site in Münster. Personal exchange is central to us, so the majority of our work in the office is created. Mobile work is possible on one day per week.

Brand Partnership Ownership: You are developing existing brand partnerships strategically, defining common goals and accompanying their implementation and performance. Analysis, Insights & Reporting: You are analysing data and developments, deriving concrete recommendations for action and launching reports that serve as the basis for decisions and growth. Relationship Management: You build and maintain stable relationships with brand partners and ensure clear, transparent communication between all stakeholders. Interface management: You coordinate cooperation between internal teams and external partners and ensure a smooth flow of information. Development & Innovation: You recognize trends and potentials at an early stage and actively introduce ideas to improve processes, cooperation and results. Automation & Tools: You use digital tools and efficient workflows to optimize processes, process data and simplify recurring tasks.

You bring well-founded experience in project management and control several topics at the same time structured and secure.
