We are looking for PreZero International GmbH

Creation and implementation of specialist concepts for the further development of international facility management. Development, introduction and continuous optimization of cross-border standards, guidelines and processes. Technical support for the planning and implementation of international FM projects and investment measures. Support in the technical planning of safety structures (access, video technology, intrusion detection technology, etc.). Control and coordination of external service providers and monitoring of technical coordination. Planning and implementation of workshops and training for international locations. Cooperation with internal departments (IT, Procurement, Health & Safety, Legal, etc.) to further develop global solutions.

Successfully completed studies in the field of facility management, real estate management or a comparable qualification. First relevant professional experience (about 2-4 years) in facility management, ideally in an international environment. First experience in the development of specialist concepts, standards, guidelines or specifications. Knowledge in the field of building safety (access control, video surveillance, intrusion alarm systems) is advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills. Structured and independent working and intercultural competence. German and English skills.
