In the context of our emergency call system, the Malteser provide a standby service that quickly provides assistance in the event of an emergency call. We're looking for you to strengthen our team in Memmingen. The position is now based on a slight employment (minijob / 603€ basis). We look forward to your application!

Your tasks:

• You will be able to call from home (service phones and utility vehicles are available during the service hours).
• You take the customer's position assessment and decide how to proceed.
• You carry out the social background service on your own and take further measures if necessary.
• You alert medical personnel if needed to ensure quick medical care.
• You document all bets and provide the services qualified and in accordance with the Hausnotruf standards.
