As a Lab & Workshop Moderator (m/w/d), you unravel and guide customized and structured formats at a challenging level. Depending on your experience and context, you can act as director, co-leader or supporter. Design and moderation: You develop, facilitierst and manage our formats - tailored to the complex challenges of internal and external customers; from scoping to delivery to documentation. Diversity of tasks: Your work involves different businesses, industries and topics as well as formats (labors, workshops, training special events). In addition, you will always be involved in special projects and topics. Methods: For the continuous development and innovation of our offering and toolkit, you can make an active contribution - creative and operational. You also bring expertise and ideas into implementation. Representation: In the internal and external marketing of the Deloitte Greenhouse, you make an active contribution (e.g. greenhouse tours, marketing measures in analog and digital touchpoints). Collaboration: Developing and delivering the labs in cooperation with other team members, Deloitte Topic Expert:innen, Practice Leader:innen - in an effective symbiosis of content and methodological expertise.

Very well completed studies (e.g. business or communication psychology, information technology, psychology) with at least 2-year sound expertise in the design and delivery of effective, participative formats. Additional qualifications in one of these areas would be desirable: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Graphic Design, Motion Design, Sound Design Theoretical and practive experience with collaborative, agile, innovative, creative (e.g. Design Thinking, Google Sprints, Graphic Design Skills) but also behavioral psychic, group dynamic, systemic methods Thematic expertise in one or more of the fields ''Strategie & Transformation'', ''Innovation & Tech'', ''Leadership & Team''. With concrete experience in Emerging Tech, AI, Cyber, Industry 5.0, DEI or Sustainability High affinity for technologies and innovations. Strategic and operational excellence. Presence in space. talent and passion for the moderation of groups. Competence in handling ambiguities and uncertainties. Collaboration and team spirit Professional Services, Corporate (or otherwise adapted connectivity to Deloitte's business, clients, industries, services) and international context with excellent English knowledge
