Medical advice: You will advise your non-research colleagues in the case management of the health insurance audit (AOK Hessen) on medical issues. In addition, you will bring your medical expertise into action in close cooperation with our legal department. In addition, you support the development of innovative supply concepts and help to evaluate them. Expertise: With your knowledge, you analyze and evaluate new medical procedures with a view to their impact on the billing in the DRG / PEPP system and derive recommendations for AOK Hessen. Practical knowledge transfer: You design and conduct training on the topics DRG and PEPP for our employees in case management. In addition, you are available as a competent contact person for medical questions and professional reviews. Strategic support: Its tasks include advising our negotiation management in budget negotiations with hospitals and in strategic issues, in particular in connection with hospital planning.

Qualification: You have a medical approbation and several years of clinical professional experience in German health, ideally in the hospital sector. Competence: You bring a wide range of medical expertise and well-founded knowledge in the DRG/PEPP system. In addition, you have knowledge of the medical classifications (ATC, ICD-10 or ICD-11 and OPS) and ideal experiences in data analysis. Communication strength: You are convinced by a strong team capability and very good communicative capabilities and are happy to work together in an interdisciplinary manner.
