Consultation and support of employees and managers in occupational and health protection primarily for the Nauen site. You are part of our large EHS team at the Berlin site and will also become part of a European Health & Safety Team from ADM with several locations in Germany. The following tasks also include: Take over the functions of the specialist for safety at work for the Nauen site Advice & support for companies in the management of change processes, in the design/planning/ procurement of new jobs, processes and equipment Preparation and, where appropriate, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of occupational safety-relevant internal and external audits Coordination and cooperation with industrial safety authorities and professional cooperatives Cross-sector work in a growing EHS team

Successfully completed (specialized) university studies in the field of occupational safety or engineering and/or training as technician or master in the technical field Multiannual experience in the field of occupational safety, preferably in the industrial environment Complete training on the specialist for occupational safety Experience in project management and management Strong communication capability in conjunction with fluent English Versified handling of MS Office applications Understanding techn., org. and qualitative processes and coordination skills High affinity for effective self-organisation including time and data management Includes driving licence of class B and driving practice for suburban maintenance at locations Curiosity and passion for work protection topics
