As a team leader in purchasing, you play a central role in the strategic and operational management of our shopping activities. Within our dynamic matrix organization, you are the central contact person for all shopping needs at the Göttingen site and lead your team with responsibility and vision. In close cross-site cooperation with your colleagues, you can efficiently and forward-lookingly design our shopping processes. Your role Heading & Development of Shopping: You lead in discipline and develop a dedicated team of six shopping staff and drive the continuous improvement of our shopping processes.

Supply security: You ensure a stable supply of materials and optimize our supply chains through close cooperation with our suppliers.

Cost and contribution increase: You identify savings potentials and evaluate procurement strategies from an economic perspective to maximize our value contribution.

Team leadership & development: You coach and promote your team to develop and develop individual and collective strengths.

You have a completed degree (Master, Magister, University Diploma) in the technical environment or a comparable qualification that gives you a solid basis for your career.

With your well-founded professional experience in purchasing or procurement and first experience in the management of staff, you are perfectly equipped to shine in a responsible position.
