As Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) in Process & Operations (P&O), you play a key role in developing, controlling and implementing sophisticated logistics solutions. In complex new customer projects, you conduct the P&O workstream and work closely with internal interfaces, in particular with the customer and the IT team. You will ensure a coordinated, efficient cooperation across both areas.

In addition to your project responsibility, you develop our operational standards and our methodical tool box. In addition, you take on a cross-project coaching role and contribute to constantly increasing the level of qualification and competence within the organization. Ideally, you will bring experience in one of the areas of consumer, healthcare/pharmacy or technology, and you will be a specialist in your segment.

How to introduce yourself P&O subproject management within complex logistics implementations in different divisions including Automation projects Development and development of tailor-made logistics solutions based on existing coarse concepts Direct communication with customers, including presentation of concepts, coordination of technical requirements and processes, as well as accompanying implementation Implementation of the solutions on site and monitoring of commissioning Close integration with IT for the technical feasibility of logistical processes and interface management Coaching and further development of P&O project staff Development and implementation of operational standards and co-design and management of strategic projects in the field of P&O, as well as across departments

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, logistics, business management or comparable qualification At least 10 years of professional experience as project manager, process engineer or in operational management functions in the logistics environment Deep expertise in at least one of the following sectors: Healthcare/Pharma, Technology or Consumer Goods Representative leadership and moderation skills, even without disciplinary leadership Excellent communicative skills, empathy and a safe occurrence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels High level of ownership, strategic thinking and organizational talent High readiness for travel within Germany Very good knowledge of English (insurance)
