Your tasks As a warehouse / specialist for warehouse logistics, you carry out important tasks independently, including:
• ‡ keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts, recognize missing articles and organize reorders at an early stage.
• Care for order, control and movement in the warehouse – from receipt of goods, professional storage to regular damage testing.
• ♂️ Accompanying and co-ordinating after-contractors on the premises and serve as a reliable contact person in daily operation.
• Document all goods movements and stocks directly and carefully in the ERP system to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Lead complaints solution-oriented for clarification and help resolve problems quickly and professionally.
• ️ Excess responsibility for the furniture stock and the inventory as a conscientious inventory officer. Your profile
• You have a completed training in the warehouse or logistics area or a technical background.
• You are experienced in dealing with common ERP systems and safe with MS Office; technical understanding is advantageous.
• Ideally you have a fork certificate.
• Your way of working is structured, reliable and independent, and you are a real team player with engagement.
• You communicate clearly, have very good German and solid English skills (min. B2). You can look forward to this:
