Project Manager Construction Project – New Construction & Existing Buildings / Maintenance (m/f/d)

You take over the project management of construction projects in the new building (residential/commercial properties depending on the portfolio) from planning to handover. You accompany existing properties in refurbishments, modernizations and reconstructions, as well as in defect and warranty management. You plan, control and prioritize maintenance measures (short, medium and long term) including budgeting. You coordinate and control external partners (architects, specialist planners, experts, authorities, general contractors, craftsmen). You are responsible for timing, cost and quality control including documentation, reporting and follow-up management. You collect offers, evaluate them, prepare awards and cooperate in contract negotiations. You carry out construction site visits, organize purchases and handovers and consistently track residual services.

You have a degree (engineering, architecture, facility/immobility management) or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician/master). You bring professional experience in the project management of construction projects – ideally in new construction and existing. Knowledge of HOAI/VOB and relevant standards and guidelines are of advantage. You are characterized by a safe occurrence, communication strength and a structured operation. You work economically, act in a solution-oriented manner and have negotiating skills. A class B licence is advantageous (depending on the field of use).
