Junior Contract Manager (m/w/d) in Purchasing

As a Junior Contract Manager, you will first be involved in the objectives and methods of contract management, learn the techniques of negotiation management and expand your existing knowledge and skills in the relevant legal area within the Purchasing & Logistics area. You advise managers and employees on legal questions regarding purchasing & logistics and design and check contract texts In addition, prepare negotiations and take over the preparation to ensure a smooth and efficient process You will get to know the entire purchase-wide contract management, take care of it actively and are responsible for the documentation and continuous optimization of contract management processes in the area of Purchasing & Logistics In addition, you will create trainings, presentations and decision-making templates on legal topics that you will present and impart independently if necessary In addition, you work closely with the central legal department to efficiently clarify purchase-specific issues and develop solutions

They have a successfully completed degree in the field of economic law, law, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in contract law or purchasing & logistics You are routined in dealing with popular MS Office applications A pronounced communication capability and team spirit are characteristic for you They are resilient, flexible and show self-initiative In addition, you have commercial and technical understanding You are open to business trips in Germany and abroad Your profile is rounded off by a reliable knowledge of German and English; Knowledge in other foreign languages, in particular French, is advantageous
