The youth assistance team in criminal proceedings (JuHiS) is part of the special social service. The main task is to introduce the concerns of youth assistance into criminal proceedings and to advise and accompany young people/adults during the investigation and criminal proceedings.

**

• They support young people ([for phone number see the original ad] years) during the entire investigation and criminal proceedings and are on their side with advice and action.
• Through your well-founded reports on the personality and social environment of young people, you contribute significantly to a just judgment finding.
• They take part in judicial negotiations to introduce the perspective of young people and to give educational recommendations on judicial measures.
• They communicate in judicial conditions and monitor their implementation in order to promote a positive course.
• They visit young people in detention and imprisonment to give them support and support.
• They shall examine and initiate, if necessary, measures of youth assistance under SGB VIII.

• You have a degree as a social pedagogue, social worker with state recognition (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) or a comparable degree.
• They like to work in the team, are resilient and flexible.
• They have a high level of social competence as well as good knowledge of the conversation and can adapt well to different target groups.
• They have good organizational skills.
• Social-spatial thinking and action and the willingness to act independently and to develop knowledge independently are of course for you.
• They have a driver's license of at least class B and their own car.
