Support and support of Safety Walks Planning, implementation and follow-up of regular safety walks in all production areas. Coaching of employees in the independent implementation of Safety Walks (e.g. training in observation techniques, documentation of Findings). Development of standard checklists for safety walks and adaptation to specific area requirements. Evaluation of safety-walk results and derivation of measures in cooperation with the teams. Visualization of the safety-alk-findings (e.g. through digital dashboards or safety boards) for transparent communication. Management of SUSA Messages (Safe and Unsafe Activities) Systematic detection, tracking and documentation of SUSA messages. Active support for production areas in the analysis, solution finding and implementation of risk mitigation measures. Accident revision Support in the work-up of accidents, including implementation of causes analyses (e.g. root-cause analyses, 5-why method). Defining corrective actions in cooperation with the teams and managers concerned. Visual communication & training Development and implementation of visual management tools (e.g. safety boards, digital dashboards, 5S visualizations). Design of easily understandable security messages (e.g. pictograms, short films, posters). Implementation of interactive safety workshops (e.g. 'Safety Dialogues'', Toolbox talks) with a focus on practical application. Coaching of managers to implement security measures independently. Continuous Improvement (KVP) & Safety Culture Initiation and support of safety KVP projects (e.g. Kaizen, PDCA cycles). Introduction of employee feedback systems (e.g. safety idea box, digital platforms). Analysis of near accidents and development of preventive measures in cooperation with the teams. Data-driven safety control Use of real-time data (e.g. IoT sensors, accident reports) to identify trends. Creation of monthly safety reports with clear recommendations for management.

Complete training as an industrial master with prior technical or industrial vocational training or a comparable qualification First professional experience of up to three years in a manufacturing environment, for example in the fields of shopfloor, process optimization or continuous improvement process (KVP) Knowledge and practical experience in Operational Excellence, in particular in the application of Lean methods such as 5S, Standard Work and PDCA cycles to improve processes and security performance Experience in accompaniment and coaching of teams and executives, such as Gemba Walks, Safety Dialogues or Toolbox Talks Impressed communication skills and a solution-oriented and practical operation Good knowledge of current MS Office applications Very good oral and written expressability Very good German and good English skills
