Your place includes the following tasks:

• You are the first contact person / the first contact person for our tenants and are responsible for the rental of our housing stock in your quarter
• The entire process from the apartment announcement, to the extract, to the new rental, including marketing and conclusion of the contract lies with you
• For our tenants you have constant contact, edit rental requests, requests and complaints as well as answer contractual questions
• In addition, you agree continuously with our contractual partners and represent the company with public institutions
• When preparing and implementing modernization and new construction projects, you will be actively involved and work closely with our internal interfaces daily.
• You are used to work according to operational key figures for economic success
• Your claim is to continuously develop your quarter and therefore work in part on site in our district office

That makes you:

• Real estate businessman, real estate specialist or comparable training or Cross entry with knowledge in the real estate industry
• Professional experience in the housing/immobility industry is advantageous
• Digital competence and safe handling of MS-Office
• Knowledge of Aareon Wodis Sigma is desirable but also learnable
• Service, customer and cost orientation, as well as commitment, reliability and communicative skills
• High social competence, which you use with the different tenants
• Self-employed, responsible work and action
