Project Manager in the Packaging Division

Communication with the customer in German on site, by phone, email and also via workflow management systems, e.g. T. but also by email in English Central, organizational and technical link between the customer, quality management and our production. Active order and project management: coordination and meeting of customer briefings, order collection, work preparation for production, control and coordination incl. Date and Budget Control (Recalculation/Factura Preparation) Observing the various fire guidelines and control Order processing via online workflow management system and ERP Flexible work, with time also in the home office, is possible- Place of work: Braunschweig, among others for regular proof votes, trainings and team meetings. In this task, you are a project manager/in about the topic of packaging and, with your professional and binding way of working, ensure active support for the projects. You brief the projects internally, control the operating and ensure the quality. With the perfect knowledge of German and good English, sovereign appearance and excellent coordination, you will ensure faultless results on time and on budget. You coordinate and manage projects of very well-known brands.

Flowing German in Word and Writing and English Knowledge are basic prerequisites Training and further training in the field of pressure/media production and Project management experience is great advantage Experience in customer contact/consultation in the field of packaging is desirable Knowledge about design, brand/product management are also welcome High customer orientation and self-employment Binding appearance and reliable, proactive and error-free operation Strong in communication and coordination High level of flexibility, commitment and resilience with high order volume Routinized handling of MS Office applications Basic knowledge of popular graphic applications (Adobe Creative Suite)
