After extensive integration, you will support the Legal Tech team in supporting our Legal Technology Solutions (Contract Lifecycle Management and Matter Management). You perform administrative tasks such as the maintenance of user accounts, the cleaning of data and the creation of training documents. You're working on technical issues, taking on self-responsive topics and coordinating communication between the specialist department, IT and customer support of the software provider. You accompany the implementation of new requirements, support the introduction of functions and releases and perform error analyses. You actively participate in existing and new processes, initial evaluations and introduce your own ideas for optimization. In addition, you will gain insights into innovative topics such as AI applications and interface management and work closely with our Legal-Tech team and international colleagues.

You are a registered student in a course of studies such as computer science, business informatics, economic law, economics or a comparable subject You are interested in Legal Tech, IT support and process digitalization and ideally bring first knowledge. You work structured and analytical, have a good understanding of processes and organization and draw your attention through a careful and solution-oriented approach. You are communicative, you like to work in the team and enjoy working with interdisciplinary and international colleagues. Good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of common IT tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) complete your profile.
