Your role: In this important position, you coordinate the location security and corporate security management and act as a link between local security managers and corporate security. You ensure that the company's security policies and standards are implemented and complied with at your location. Regular security analyses are part of your tasks, reporting on security-relevant incidents to corporate security. In addition, create and maintain documentation that covers both local and group-wide security measures. You organize training and workshops for employees on the safety guidelines and promote a safety culture that takes into account the needs of the site. Identify and evaluate security risks to develop risk mitigation strategies. You support the implementation of emergency plans and security strategies that are tailored to the specific requirements of the location and the group. In this role, you are also contact persons for external audits and inspections regarding safety standards. Monitor and evaluate the security technology at the site to ensure that it meets the corporate guidelines. actively shape the security strategy of our company. Who you are: Complete training or studies in the field of safety management or a comparable qualification Experience in location security or corporate security, ideally in a large company Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and safety standards at company and group level Impressed communication and team skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment Very good English knowledge in word and writing (safe for negotiation) Analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities for effective assessment and management of safety risks
