Head of Quality Management (m/w/d)

Development and implementation of a holistic quality strategy in coordination with management Development, maintenance and securing of a standard QM system according to DIN EN ISO 9001, Control and implementation of internal and external audits including certification preparation Planning and implementation of quality assurance measures along the entire process chain Analysis of weaknesses, initiation and prosecution of effective corrective and preventive measures Application of modern QM methods such as FMEA, 8D report, PDCA and A3 analysis Initiation, moderation and support of CVP and process optimization projects Cross-departmental and cross-company cooperation with the purchase of supplier development and quality enhancement Training and coaching of specialists and executives in quality topics

Complete technical studies, preferably in mechanical engineering or in production engineering Additional qualification and further training on the Quality Management Representative or Quality Manager according to ISO 9001:2015 desirable Multiannual leadership experience in the quality of an internationally operating company from mechanical engineering Knowledge of quality management methods as well as the assessment of measures on key figures systems with the necessary tools Knowledge of common quality tools (8D, FMEA, A3-Report) in the context of supplier complaints Knowledge of modern QM tools and methods Experience with SAP, ideally in the QM module Leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and enforcement skills Very good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness to travel
