Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Mail Platform Team and Service Ownership for Group-wide email platforms Responsibility for Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Email Gateways and Email Security Ensuring availability, performance, data protection and compliance according to the company-wide IT and security standards Control of external service providers and providers as well as close coordination with IT Security, Network, Workplace and Collaboration Services Conception and implementation of modernization and automation initiatives in the e-mail environment based on standardized ITIL processes

Complete study of computer science or business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience with email and messaging infrastructures in large companies or groups Found practice in Exchange On-Prem, Hybrid and Exchange Online as well as in email security solutions Very good knowledge of security, identity and compliance in the messaging environment such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DLP, Encryption, Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus and AD Integration Experience in managing or coordinating technical teams and external service providers Domino and Notes are of advantage leadership understanding that focuses on trust and gives employees room for development and their own ideas, as well as clear target and solution orientation with a healthy portion of pragmatism and self-initiative German and English knowledge and readiness to travel to national and international locations
