Controlling interface: You act as a central interface between controlling and specialist areas and continuously develop processes, key figures, reports and systems. Data Quality & Reporting: You provide a consistent and resilient data base for planning, control and reporting and ensure high quality and transparency of the relevant information. Financial Controlling: You support monthly, quarterly and annual accounts through sound analyses of earnings, costs and balance sheet items. Business Partnering: You advise the specialist areas as a competent commercial Sparring partner and support business economic issues as well as business decisions. Planning & Forecasting: You are responsible for the creation and development of budgets, forecasts and business planning in close cooperation with the departments. Performance Management: You analyze outcome, cost and KPI developments, identify deviations and derive concrete recommendations and control impulses from them. KPI & Reporting: You develop KPI systems, reporting structures, management cockpits and controlling tools in line with requirements, creating a transparent basis for corporate governance. Analyses & policy templates: You create ad hoc analyses, scenario calculations, cost-effectiveness assessments and thus provide sound basis for decision-making for operational and strategic issues. Transformation & Optimization: You support digitization, standardization and process optimization projects and actively promote the further development of the controlling.

Complete study of economics, economics or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience in controlling, ideally in a business partner function. Funded knowledge in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and results planning as well as a pronounced understanding of business management logics. Experience in key figures analysis as well as in the further development of reporting and control processes. Very good Excel knowledge and experience with ERP systems; BI knowledge, ideally Power BI, of advantage. Impressed analytical and conceptual skills, sovereign appearance and high implementation and change competence. experience with operating areas such as sales, purchasing or supply chain; Knowledge of the food industry is beneficial.
