Your new sphere of action The CJD is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany. Its approximately 11,000 employees support and support children, young people and adults at more than 350 locations in Kitas, schools, vocational training and teaching establishments, in clinics, rehabilitation facilities, housing groups and workshops. In Katharina and Kurt Heermann-Jugenddorf in Stuttgart we offer young people aged 12 to 21 years a protected place of learning and living. In three specialized housing groups according to §§ 34, 35a and 41 SGB VIII, a total of 18 fully-steady places are available for young people in the Autism spectrum. Our goal is to strengthen young people with their individual autism-specific needs in their personal development, to give them orientation and to accompany them on their way to more self-employment and social participation. We create an environment that combines security, structure and individual promotion.

Individual educational support, accompaniment and individual promotion of young people in the autism spectrum Building and maintenance of sustainable, professional relationships and support in everyday life Promoting lifelong learning with a focus on inclusion and social participation Designing a structured and stable everyday life in close cooperation with an interdisciplinary team Planning, implementation and documentation of educational measures and development processes, including aid plan procedures and participation planning Use of the “applicas” documentation system and participation in conceptual development

(w/m/d), youth and home educators (w/m/d) or Complete study of social education, social work or a comparable qualification Experience in working with people in autism spectrum desirable Teamability and Collegality Ready to continue The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
