The Youth Hostel Fleinerhaus Todtnauberg has 145 beds in 35 rooms We create encounters and unforgettable experiences for school classes, families and groups. Processing of telephone and written reservation requests. Check-in/check-out of our school classes, leisure groups, families and single guests. Guest care, contact for all guest wishes. Invoicing and control as well as the execution of administrative tasks. Advising and completing memberships. Small sale. Willingness to support and cooperate in other areas of the Youth Hostel.

You ideally have professional experience. You are the perfect host, you can also be stressed in stress situations and have a structured, targeted and solution-oriented way of working. Team skills, a high level of quality awareness, ready-to-use, flexibility, reliability and social competence characterize you. You have certain knowledge of German and ideally basic knowledge in English. You are ready for a 5-day week including Sunday and holiday services.
