To support our team we are looking for

Criminal/technical staff (ZFA) for reception (m/w/d) in full time

Tasks:

• You are the first contact with our patients and therefore assume an important position in our dental practice
• Reception and acceptance of our patients
• Appointment and coordination of appointments
• Management of computer programs like KIM e-mail
• Coordination of laboratory orders
• Incoming office activities

Profile:

• Training for dental specialists (ZFA)
• Possibly already professional experience in a comparable position
• Secure handling of the computer
• Openness to technology and work with iPad
• Good knowledge of German language in word and writing
• Joy on the phone
• Open, friendly being
• Sensitive, service-oriented handling of patients
