The Community Space in Taufkirchen is the place where the team refuels, guests gain their first impression of Blackwave and corporate culture becomes noticeable. This role is responsible for this space — and the standard for which it stands.

THE WHAT You are the heart of our Taufkirchener Community Space. You don't just clean and fill — you put the tone. From the perfect espresso before the first meeting to the light-cleaning kitchen at the end of the day: you're sorrowing around every detail and making sure that the room really lives.

You're safe: the Community Space is at any time immaculately clean, completely filled and visually impeccable every guest and every team member feels warm welcome — coffee is ready before someone asks no problem notices someone else before you saw and solved it You don't care. You own him.

Your tasks in detail and priority: Keep the Community Space at the highest level: Daily cleaning of kitchen, areas, appliances and common areas. Dishwashers, coffee maker wait, keep dishwashers in operation. The room looks exceptional and feels so — every single day. → High performance: precision in the design. High standard, always. Guests and team members warmly welcome: coffee, drinks and snacks are ready before anyone asks. Every visitor leaves Blackwave with a warm impression. You anticipate needs — you do not wait until someone asks. → Togetherness: The space is the home of the team. Let him feel that way. Managing supplies and inventory proactively: coffee, drinks, snacks and detergents are always in stock. You're tracking the stock, ordering it before something goes out, and you're not letting anyone overwhelm by a bottleneck. → Accountability: Own stocks. Own responsibility. No surprises. Report and fix problems immediately: device failure, empty inventory, broken device — you see it first, escalate quickly and stay there. No one else should notice a problem before you. → Candor: Make problems visible early. Quicker. Give the space life and character: seasonal accents, an attractively arranged snack station, a thoughtful welcome setup for visitors. Practical experience: background in housekeeping, hotel industry, cafe/restaurant, corporate catering or comparable physical service work. You know how a high standard looks — and how to keep it. Hospitality instinct: from nature warm and service oriented. You blossom when you can welcome others. Proactive — not reactive. Coffee & equipment knowledge: Safe to use professional espresso machines (La Marzocco, Jura or the like) and commercial dishwashers. You serve, clean and realize when you need to escalate a problem. Barista experience is a strong plus. Warehouse management: You have managed stock or inventory in previous roles and never let critical items go out. You have a system — even if it is a simple one. Reliability & Ownership: You seem to do your routines without supervision and are proud of the result. The space belongs to you — you trade it. Local presence: 100% on site in Taufkirchen, 5 days/week, full time. Ideally, work begins before 8 o'clock. This role is naturally hand-on. Language knowledge: German B2–C1 for daily team and supplier communication. English min. B2 for reception of international guests. Nice to have: Barista training or experience with Specialty Coffee. Basic knowledge of food hygiene / HACCP. Experience in Hotel, Airline Lounge or Private Members' Club.
