• You are responsible for the leadership, motivation and further development of a team of Microsoft experts including the commercial responsibility.
• As a team leader, you are responsible for our value chain and define our portfolio and strategy, develop our business through presales and manage your team to design and implement solutions.
• As an expert:in you and your team will advise our customers in innovative solutions focusing on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows, Enterprise Mobility and Security.
• The implementation of workshops at C-level level as well as the networking of your team to Microsoft and within Bechtle belong to your tasks.
• In addition, you support sales at PreSales terminals and supply creation with your technical know-how and will bind customers to us in the long term.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical studies or related training, e.g. as a specialist:in.
• Professional experience in IT consulting, especially in Microsoft environment, as well as experience and knowledge of Microsoft Hybrid and Cloud infrastructures.
• You also have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a manager in the IT environment.
• Funded knowledge of Microsoft 365 including licensing as well as in Windows Design, Intune, Autopilot and Security environment are a big plus.
• Very good German and good English skills
• Personally, we especially like your team skills as well as your strong communication security and solution orientation.
