Educational overall responsibility of the housing group Control and further development of pedagogical work in group everyday life Responsibility for assistance planning pursuant to § 36 SGB VIII Ensuring structured documentation and expertly sound case work Implementation of our protection concept and the participation and complaint structures Integration of resource-oriented, development-promoting methods (including Marte Meo) Team leadership and development Professional guidance and support of employees Organisation of service planning taking into account technical and economic aspects Conducting team discussions, reflection units and case meetings Promoting a clear, value-adding and binding team culture Cooperation and networking Reliable cooperation with youth offices, schools, therapists: Participation in external assistance calls and representation of the institution Participation in conceptual development and quality assurance

Complete study of social work, social education or comparable qualification or Completed training as a state-recognized educator with corresponding professional experience in stationary youth assistance In addition, we wish: Multiannual experience in stationary setting Management competence or willingness to assume leadership responsibility Interest in or experience with development-supporting methods (e.g. Marte Meo) High reflectivity and a clear educational attitude Organisational strength, decision-making and resilience We are looking for a personality who works both structurally as well as relationship-oriented and understands responsibility as a professional and human task.
