Associate Consultant IT-Research & Insights – Research, Workshops, Konferenzen und Impact (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Associate Consultant IT-Research & Insights – Research, Workshops, Konferenz und Impact (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Berlin, Bonn or Munich. In the Building Block “IT-Research & Insights” you develop your career and contribute to the successful digitization of our customers. At the core, internal teams will advise you on current and future trends and technologies in the field of IT (with a major focus on defense) through the evaluation of IT research and best practices. Intensify our team, drive exciting topics at the Bundeswehr and the federal authorities and develop the Digital Management area together with us.

Processing of enquiries to market - & environment analyses as well as trend - & technology - Scouting

Identification, selection and preparation of required IT research information through the exchange with internal clients and stakeholders Central interface in the realization of the connection between (central) knowledge carriers

Management, documentation & reporting of the exchange with and the license management of the employees, including as part of the maintenance of a CRM

Creation of research summaries and decision templates in different written formats

Independent content & methodical consulting services in the internal business sector, external support

Ensuring internal knowledge management and (further)development of knowledge strategies

Preparation, implementation and maintenance of targeted communication measures

Support in the development of perspective interfaces between research, Bundeswehr, BWI and industry

Organisation and implementation of internal workshops and training, including in the field of knowledge exchange

Establishing & imparting methodological skills

Close cooperation with the fields of knowledge management and data analytics

Complete university degree with a focus on innovation management, IT or economics and comparable training Experience in the research and preparation of knowledge in the IT-scientific context and in the work with research databases Enthusiasm for IT-scientific issues Very good analytical, conceptual & creative skills Experience with innovation/creative methods, communication measures and/or innovation management First experience with digitalization projects, also desirable in the public sector, preferably with the Bundeswehr Very good knowledge in dealing with Office applications, especially Sharepoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Basic knowledge with applications such as Atlassian Confluence and Jira, Monday, Notion or similar desirable Technological innovation competence and creativity, high degree of flexibility High team capacity and independentness for responsible consulting in customer projects German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Germany-wide readiness (approx. 20%)
